1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of aracharatventures.com and the marketing pages of our products. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

Aracharat Ventures LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.

2. This site is information, not a contract

The pages here describe our platforms, what they do, and roughly what they cost to scope. They are provided so you can decide whether to talk to us. They are not an offer, a quotation, a specification, or a commitment to supply anything, and no contract arises from anything written here.

Prices, scope, timelines and deliverables are agreed in a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties. Where this site and a signed document disagree, the signed document is what you have bought.

3. What we are not

Three things this site is careful not to be, stated plainly because each is commonly claimed and would be a misrepresentation if we did it:

• We do not issue accessibility conformance statements. Our certification as an accessibility auditor is in progress. AccessPulse performs testing and remediation and produces an evidence record. It is not a certificate, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
• We do not give investment advice. FundPulse is an analytics workbench over public AMFI and AMC disclosure data. It shows you what funds hold and how they overlap. It does not recommend what you or your clients should buy, and past holdings are not a promise of future performance. If you are a SEBI-registered adviser, the advice and the client relationship remain yours.
• We do not provide a managed IoT or SCADA service. PlantPulse is delivered as hardware, gateway and dashboard under our own operation. It is not a replacement MES or SCADA system with regulatory validation.

4. Availability of the product platforms

The product applications reached from this site — at accesspulse., fundpulse. and plantpulse.aracharatventures.com — are separate services operated on separate infrastructure. Access to them is per organisation and, where applicable, per role. They may be changed, restarted or withdrawn, and we do not offer an uptime commitment on this site. If availability is a contractual requirement for you, put it in the agreement where it belongs.

5. Acceptable use

You may read, print and share these pages for your own business purposes. You may not present them as your own, attempt to overload the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without telling us first, or use the enquiry form to send us unsolicited bulk commercial messages.

6. Content and ownership

The design, text, code and graphics of this site belong to Aracharat Ventures LLP unless stated otherwise. The product names PlantPulse, FundPulse and AccessPulse are ours. Third-party names — AMFI, the AMCs, WCAG, EN 301 549, SEBI and the various standards bodies — belong to their respective owners and are used here to describe the standards our work is measured against, not to imply endorsement by any of them.

Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to use our trade marks or logos without our written permission.

7. Links to other sites

This site links to our own product applications and, where relevant, to AMFI and regulator websites. We do not control the third-party sites we link to and we are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle data you give them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on anything written on it — including the accuracy of the figures quoted, which describe the platforms as we operate them at the date shown and will change as the platforms change. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your statutory rights as a consumer, where they apply, are unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the previous version is available on request. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the changed terms.
