IoT platform · hardware + software · built in-house
See the plant state before it becomes an incident.
PlantPulse unifies node health, live telemetry, thresholds, and service records for connected facilities.
The platform runs live at plantpulse.aracharatventures.com — access is provisioned per plant and per role.
Who this page is for
- Somebody on your payroll walks the floor to read gauges and write them on a sheet.
- You know what your set points should be, but not how faithfully they are held overnight.
- IT will not give an outside vendor access to the plant network — and you would rather they didn't.
- You want home or building automation. This is process and machine monitoring.
- You need a full MES or SCADA replacement with batch genealogy and regulatory validation.
- You want a platform licence to integrate yourself. We deliver the sensors, the gateway and the screen as one working thing.
One screen, every machine, every site.
Built entirely in-house — firmware, backend and dashboard. Below is a live sample of a single reading tile, and the fleet view behind it.
Sample live readout from one process vessel. Values drift within their target bands to demonstrate the dashboard; they are not from a real plant.
| Unit | Temp | Moisture | 24 h | Fan | Heater | Day | Last seen |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| T-01 | 46.8 °C | 61 % | on | off | 4/5 | 11 s | |
| T-02 | 41.2 °C | 54 % | off | on | 2/5 | 9 s | |
| T-03 | 47.2 °C | 58 % | on | off | 3/5 | 8 s | |
| T-04 | 49.9 °C | 48 % | on | off | 5/5 | 13 s |
The dashboard doesn't care what it is looking at.
We built it for our own production floor. Nothing inside it is tied to one industry — it is a general answer to a general question: is the thing you decided on actually being done, right now, without anyone having to go and check?
No Wi-Fi to share
You never have to put us on your network. The sensors talk to our own gateway over a private encrypted radio link, and the gateway carries its own connection out. Nothing touches your IT, no approval is needed, and a password change on your side cannot take the system down.
What we can measure
Temperature, humidity, tank and hopper level, pressure, current draw, machine run-time and idle time, door and valve state. If there is a signal, we can read it; if there is a contactor, we can switch it.
Unwanted work, gone
A round of the floor to read twenty gauges is twenty entries and the better part of an hour, three or four times a shift. The IoT setup takes that work over completely: the same twenty readings land on one screen every few minutes, nobody walks or writes them down again, and the hours come back for work worth a person — usually in a better environment than a gauge round.
Nothing waits for the cloud
The gateway keeps the current threshold rules on board. If the line drops it carries on switching fans, heaters and pumps, and uploads the backlog when the link returns.
Access matched to the job
A site contact sees their own plant. A process team sees every site and can move thresholds. Only an administrator can add hardware or people.
Updates without a site visit
Firmware is published centrally and pulled by the gateway, which then distributes it to the sensor nodes and relay boards over its own radio.
Retrofit, not rip-out
Sensor nodes and relay boards go onto machines that already exist. Most sites are instrumented over a weekend shutdown.
Stock on the same screen
Raw material in and packaged goods out, tracked against the batches that consumed and produced them — so what you can sell next week is a number, not an estimate.
Two deployment shapes
Larger sites relay everything through one plant-wide hub over the private mesh. Smaller sites run peer-to-peer: each node uploads on its own and drives its own relays. The dashboard looks the same either way.
- 0of your Wi-Fi credentials needed, ever
- ≤15 minworst-case age of any reading on the dashboard
- 0site visits needed to push a firmware update
- 100%of mesh traffic encrypted between devices
PlantPulse Mini Node Starter Kit
The starter kit is one Mini Node: the node itself, its probes, the casing it ships in and the power cable — with the firmware already on the module, so the first reading reaches the dashboard without a flashing step.
ESP32-WROOM-32 node (CP2102, USB-C, 30-pin), DS18B20 temperature probe, analog soil-moisture probe, 3D-printed casing, power cable.
Ships with pre-flashed v1.4.0 firmware — the node joins the private encrypted mesh and starts reporting as soon as it is powered.
Kit price: ₹TODO (TBD) — the final INR price is being confirmed; ask us for a current quote.
Walk us round once. We will tell you what can be read.
The fastest way to scope this is a list of what somebody currently writes on a sheet, and how often. Send that, or let us walk the floor with you.
