Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

Aracharat Ventures LLP, Delhi NCR, India, is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. We are the LLP that operates aracharatventures.com and its three product sites.

Write to us at akash@aracharatventures.com with any privacy question, and it reaches the person who can answer it.

2. What this website collects

Two things, and only two things.

• What you type into the enquiry form. Name, organisation, phone number, email address if you give one, which platform the enquiry is about, and whatever you write in the details box.
• Server logs. The hosting provider records the IP address, the URL requested, the referring page, the browser string and the timestamp, in order to serve the site and investigate abuse. These are the provider's standard access logs.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and we set no cookies. Your language choice (English or Hindi) is kept in your browser's local storage on your own device; it is never sent to us.

Requesting a page does not require you to give us anything. The enquiry form asks for a name and a phone number because we cannot reply to an enquiry without one; the email field is optional, and the details box is optional.

3. Why we are allowed to use it

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the enquiry form, for the enquiry details you submit. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us, and we will then stop using the data and delete it.

Server logs are processed on the lawful basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, available website. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not attempt to identify anyone from them.

4. How long we keep it

• Enquiry details: until the enquiry is dealt with, and for up to 12 months afterwards in case there is a follow-up. After that they are deleted.
• Server logs: 30 days, on a rolling deletion, unless a specific request is being investigated as an abuse or security incident.

5. Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. It is visible to two processors, and to nobody else:

• Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its access logs on our behalf.
• Our email provider, which carries the reply to your enquiry. If you reach us on WhatsApp, the message also passes through Meta's servers, which means it may be processed outside India.

Our three product platforms — AccessPulse, FundPulse and PlantPulse — are separate applications on separate infrastructure and are covered by their own terms, not by this notice. AccessPulse in particular processes the web addresses you scan; if you use it, its handling of that data is a separate matter and you should look to it directly.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• confirm what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data, or stop using it, where you have withdrawn consent;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, if you are unable to.

Write to akash@aracharatventures.com with the request. We aim to answer within 30 days. We will not make you pay for it, and we will not ask you for information we already hold in order to identify you.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, whose grievance redressal process is published on its website.

7. Children

This site is a business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS set so browsers refuse unencrypted connections. Access to the hosting account is restricted, and a Content Security Policy limits what the pages are permitted to load. No system is perfect, but we do not treat "it is on the internet" as a security control.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you reading it.
