Backends, APIs, dashboards and integrations. Python and FastAPI, React, Postgres, deployed on infrastructure you can afford to keep running. Built to be handed over, with the schema and the deployment documented.
Hardware
ESP32-class embedded design, custom PCBs, sensor selection, power budgets, enclosures and firmware with over-the-air updates. We have shipped devices that sit in a hot, dusty plant and are expected to survive a power cut.
Business strategy
Unit economics, make-or-buy, pricing, process design and the operating cadence to run it. The finance discipline from the CFO side applied to a build decision before the build starts.
The reference is our own. The platform on the monitoring page — three device types, an encrypted radio mesh, over-the-air firmware distribution, a Python backend and a React dashboard with role-based access — was designed and built by this team and runs in production at partner plants. It is the honest test of every claim above.
